Repair not done

I had a blackberry sent in under warranty for repair of the screen nothing was done till fall out of warranty then i was quoted for the repair at over a R1000.00 this i am not to thrilled about but due to the fact my contract was up for renewal i said send me my phone back as is. 3 months later i haven't even received a call saying it back at the branch ready for collection. this i find disgusting
