According to the repair centre my phone was damaged due to water. BS!
After receiving a quote repair charge of approximately R5500 I did not accept. The phone was returned to me unfixed and now I see that Nashua has charged me R150 for "Repairs". Is this a where the repair centre quote a rediculous amount to repair the device and does no work to the phone but yet still earns money from "Repair" charges.
I have now taken my phone to a cellphone repair shop who has fixed the phone for me at a fraction of the Nashua quoted repair price.
I have also not heard anything further from Nashua for a previous Hellopeter complaint, even after their default response message said they were attending to this.
I have been with Nashua for over 10 years and all I can say is that they are a bunch of and will never deal with them again!
Nashua, my contract comes to an end in January, please send me the documents to cancel this agreement. I want nothing further to do with Nashua, and maybe your opposition knows how to do business.
