DISGUSTING SERVICE

ON 13th Dec I handed my phone which I subsequently use for business, in for repairs as my roller wasnt working. On 15th Jan I received a call to say my phone ready for collection. Collected phone on 17th only to be notified on collection that the phone was never repaired because i apparently never responeded to a quote for damages which i never received on 31st Dec. NO telephone call was made to me or email sent. I receive numeroues sms's namely : 04/01, 08/01, 11/01 toi inform me my phone was at repair ctr being repaired. I was livered, called the custonmer care dept AND up until this very minute am still waiting for technical manager to call me back. I had to subsequently for the month which i didnt have a phone borrow and pay for a loan phone personally. I have 3 contracts with Nashua mobile, which i regret taking out and My phone is now due for upgrade and there is no way that i will be doing ANY further business with nashua. My phone was still under warranty at time of going for repairs - I want this phone fixed and I want a manager to call me back today (3 days later) with a solution that im happy with and an apology for the utterly disgusting and pathetic service they gave a custome
