Charged under warranty and poor customer service

On April 3 2012 I took out a contract with Nashua Mobile including a Galaxy S2 cell phone. On the 30/12/12 I submitted my phone to Nashua Mobile midlands mall Pietermaritzburg for repairs. I was told the phone was under warranty and would be repaired free of cost. I requested a loan which never materialized, and was later quoted in excess of R3000 to repair my phone. It is now the 24/01/13 and I have still not received any communication from Nashua Mobile midlands mall. I have organized a phone for myself at my own expense. I request my phone be repaired free of charge as per the warranty and returned to me safely.
