Hi.
This is the worst experience ever had with CELL C. Upgraded my sons contract and is paying currently almost R420.00 per month and when I called in last month April spoke to a consultant and she advised me to call on the 1st of the month to do the upgrade on the giggs. When I called yesterday spoke to 3 different ladies which was so delayed they made me hold for long minutes to check. Eventually she the 3rd lady came back to tell me that the upgraded contract is not 3 months old and therfore could not assist me with my GIGG upgrade. What a stupid thing because the contract is so old and the fact that I never skipped a payment now that I want to upgrade the to 1 gigg its a problem. I will wait for the contract to expire and will therefore change to another place like MTN or Vodacom. The service is disgusting and want nothing to do with Cell C. Why did.nt the lady tell me this in the first place when I called in last month and yesterday the other consultant lady told me tis SAD case. I am so IRATE now and just feel like screaming.
