I took out a new contract with Vodacom via Vodacom direct, received my phone on friday 2013-02-08. I called the number 0821945, after a very long wait (nothing less than 30min) and a couple of calls being dropped, I spoke to a consultant. I was advice to wait for 5 hours then my line will be activated. I waited the whole of friday and saturday... my sim still not activated. I called again on Sunday (10th 02) and was adviced to wait for 3 hours... still not registered. On monday night (11th 02) I called the 111 call centre, the lady I spoke to managed to figure out that the sim card number on her system didnt match mine. This morning I called 0921945 Again! and called this afternoon Again! Guess what ...? no connection Still!

Im sick of calling vodacom

Somebody needs to come and pick up this phone, I dont want it anymore!!!
