I called in to upgrade on line I was told I have to pay R150 I was told it's the admin fee and it's on the t&c I then asked the guy on which clause I told him I will read through the t&c and come back to him. To my surprise few minutes after I get an email confirming that my upgrade has been processed with an order number U590572. I then called back to rectify this then Thabisa Silimela kept me on hold while she was singing to her colleagues for almost 5 min, I also spoke to Veronica Rachidi who was not even interested at what I had to say she even hang up on me.
Then called again spoke to Aziza Baulackey who told me she can't cancel my request she will email to the relevant department and they will contact. No one contacted me from Vodacom. This morning Daniel from the delivery company was here to deliver a phone I had cancelled. I called in again spoke to Sibongile who couldn't help me she then transferred me to some lady that kept on putting me on hold Its was as if she was busy with something and she told me to call back on Monday and check if it is cancelled what an inconvenience after been on on the line with her for almost 30min. I am not happy with the service received
