Upgrade still not done

I am writing this report because I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I applied for an upgrade online 2 weeks back and a guy called Thabo called me back and supposedly processed the upgrade for me (Cell no: 0786150639). I waited for a week waiting to hear from the courier company for delivery without any success. I then called last week to find out that the upgrade was not on the system, it was either processed incorrectly or it was not done at all. I then spoke to a lady that gave me this reference no.: UV123591. I also spoke to a supervisor and she assured me that it has been done. She assured me that it was now done and I the courier would call within a few days. Today I called to find out what is going on and according to the lady I spoke to now, THE UPGRADE IS STILL NOT ON THE SYSTEM!!! I feel like I have been taken for a fool and feel so angry about this. Two people "processed" my application but it is still not on the system. Please help!!!
