I cannot believe the utter nerve of Mtn. All my life i have been an mtn customer and I've never heard of a mtn store being split into contact and prepaid. Here I was standing in line waiting to be attended to only to find out that they only deal with contract sim swops. Where am I expected to do this?
Isn't Mtn about convenience?
She (the assistant) didn't even bother to explain what she meant or what I should do afterwards.
Conclusion: No sim swap = no way to keep in contact with my family or friends as seeing i just moved here *Joburg*
