Bad Service and no feedback

I am truly disappointed in Afrihost.

Signed up for business DSL and ordered a router a week ago and still haven't received anything yet. After countless emails and frustrating call centre discussions there is still no clear answer. I've been paying for a week's uncapped DSL and have nothing to show for it.

Extremely frustrated with the useless service!
