I have not been receiving my itemised billing for the past couple of months. When I call the customer service I am being told that my email address is correct and everything seems fine, however every month I have to call Vodacom for my invoice to be sent to me. I have complained about this so many time and yet nothing has been done to fix my problem.
This month the same thing happened and I can't even log into your website as you are busy making my "Online Experience Better" and with such an inconvenience your consultant can't send me my itemised billing.
I have to submit my claims and to do that I need my invoice and my itemised billing.
