Worst service ever. 24 Hours doen't mean 24 hours

I applied online for a new contract with Vodacom and online it says delivery within 24 Hours. I received confirmation that I was approved and this is 72 Hours and still no device received. I am struggling since last week with Vodacom and honestly the service received the past 2 weeks is pathetic. I cannot believe I pay over R2000 a month and receive this poor service. I contacted them and they said that they need to contact me to confirm everything. If I was approved 48 hours ago and delivery is within 24 hours, when is this going to happen? Do Vodacom even care about their clients?
