I have been having problems with my 3G card and ADSL line with Afrihost which has made me extremely frustrated with their service. Being an Afrihost customer I find this appalling.
1. My lines are not working and I never get feedback on support tickets opened with Afrihost, which require me to check up
2. I have requested to be transferred to a supervisor only to be transferred to a line that constantly rings
3. I am told that Afrihost is a growing company and that employees are new and do not know of internal processes (still trying to find out how that is the consumers problem)
4. I get answered by an arrogant financial consultant who argues as opposed to listens to me and makes me more frustrated
To my knowledge if you are paying for a service you should receive it and not excuses, arrogance and feedback.
However it seems this company cannot handle the workload now and is changing from the company I know.
Hope I ever get helped or I will leave.
