I am extremely frustrated with Afrihost. I did my research before signing up with them. Everyone told me to choose Afrihost and so I did. I made it quite clear I needed to have internet access within a certain period of time and I was made to believe they could oblige. Now, nearly 3 weeks later, still no internet access and I am losing major business because of it! The call centre guys have been nothing short of rude and unwilling to help - making me feel like every call for help is a nuisance to their day. Apparently my line has not yet been activated by Telkom - I know this to be a as I personally contacted Telkom and they told me that on their side it is fully active as of last week. I just can't understand how an ISP of this calibre can't give me a date that my internet will be running. I am losing important customers and business every day that passes. Just utterly frustrated with this level of service and total lack of communication.
