I have logged multiple tickets for the same issue over the past week, with no feedback or resolution from Afrihost.

This morning I sent in another email to support at afrihost dot com whereby I did not even receive an automated response. I am not even sure if these emails are being received.
I have also tried calling the call centre yesterday, but after holding for 5 minutes I gave up.
I love Afrihost, but the service in the past week has been deplorable when I actually need them most.
1. My line is managed by Afrihost - I have no idea why some confused person from Telkom calls me and expects me to tell him why he needed to speak to me
2. I have performed numerous speed tests, both from speedtest dot net and from the SAIX website. Both show tests of half my line speed.
3. Newsgroup downloads usually happen at 1.0MB/s on average; now it does not go over 500KB/s.
4. My Netflix stream sometimes streams at the lowest quality - not on!
Afrihost always stresses that real time protocols are prioritized - I have yet to see proof of this.
I would like a 2nd line engineer to call me and resolve this.
