4 Months ago I signed up with afrihost for a 10Mbps uncapped account and that they manage my line. Well everything was nice for the first month and then it happened. Line keeps disconnecting and my download speed was at some times 0.5Mbps. I logged calls 2 to 3 times a week, but my problem still kept going on. Sometimes my internet will drop 20 times in 24 hours. I could not play games or do anything online. I even bought a new router. I sent mails to their CEO Gian Visser, but that did not even help. So, if you want to struggle with your internet or want to punish yourself, go the afrihost way.
