After changing jobs i have got a new email address. i wanted to go to the branch in middelburg to change my email for my statements but after waiting for almost an hour to be helped i was told that i need my id book to change it.
i called the customer care number and they said they do it over the phone and will mail me a copy of the previous statement but a day later i have not received anything yet.
i have been with vodacom since my first cellphone and is currently spending more than R1000 a month with then and this is how i get treated.
maybe it is time for a change.
