Terrible Quality and no response

I requested statements on my credit card, and because Standard Banks decoder does not work when i download it, i was told by them to request a copy every month because they wanted to change from post to email. I accepted that and went about requesting my statements as told but months started going by without getting any reply or statements. Finally i was told that someone else would do the statements for me and when they finally came, there was information cut off, the quality is like a very bad fax copy which was then scanned. I sent emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and till today i have not received any feedback or even what i have requested namely "MY STATEMENTS" in a format or clear enough to read. I also said that Standard Bank being such a huge Institution should at least be able to send a clear copy of ones statement.
