Incompetence in changing a cellphone number!!!

I wanted to change my cellphone number to be able to receive my one time pins.
But after what felt like a million times going in to the bank and changing it... it still was not changed!!

I then put up my email to get my OTP, which I don't think is very safe! But I had NO choice.

This year I wanted to get the std app on my phone and need to put in my number... can't get m OTP for that via my email for some stupid reason. I drove to my bank twice, with my petrol and MY time and it is STILL not working.!!!
The other day I was on the phone with someone for HOW long complaining about this... but as you can guess... nothing changed!
When I put in my OLD number it works... BUT I DON'T HAVE MY OLD NUMBER ANYMORE... DO I??? NO cause then I wouldn't want to change my number so badly.
You are incompetent and useless and I am sick and tired of paying YOU banking fees out of MY money, if you cant even get the basics right. man.

I am going to close my account, if someone doesn't contact me and change my number as in YESTERDAY!!! And then I am going to pray to that FNB isn't as incompetent as you are. but I am sure they wont be.
This was the last straw!
