Have always received statements via e-mail, on 17 September requested via Company letterhead to have e-mail delivery address changed. On 19 September received confirmation that address has been updated and statement sent. On 25th September notified vbsadmin that no statement has been received yet - no response received. Contacted Vodacom on 28th telephonically to enquire about statement, were told that e-mail address was captured incorrectly and that they would rectify it. On the 3rd of October only received 1 invoice instead of statement and all invoices - contacted Vodacom again on 28th of October to notify them that we still have not received our statement & invoices, was again told that the e-mail address was wrong and it would be rectified. Today - 12/11/2013 have received again only one invoice (B584284819), instead of full account /invoices linked to our account - N0445205-3. Do we have to request copies of invoices every month and spend half and hour on phone trying to do this?
