Openweb Agents Have Dont Care Attitudes

My internet account has not been working & I needed to make urgent EFT Payments, so i called the Openweb call center early in the day & the 1st person said there's no available to help me rite now & that I must leave my details & they would get some1 to call me later, I protested that i would wait until sum1 was available, 18 mins on hold no 1 picked up, I called back & asked to speak to a manager who was not available to speak to either, I was told that there is no1 that can assist me, I threatened to suspend my service if I did not get my help or speak to some1 immediately, They took my details, promised some1 would call me, I waited a few hours but no1 called, I called again, still same problem, no 1 available, my problem had been logged & was being worked on but tech guy cant speak to me either becuz he is busy, I then had the call cut on me by the agent, when i called back again, i was accused of shouting & harrasing call centre agents by a woman who did not name herself & was very rude to me, she made it clear that she was not interested whether i suspended my service or not & rudely cut the call, It has been entire day with no internet & no call back, I Cant believe companies can do this.
