I have just recently moved into new premises where there is a telkom line which is registered in the previous owners name, the previous owner is now deceased and I need to change the ownership into my name. I went into a telkom shop to get this done. With the copy of the death certificate and a copy of my ID in hand. The consultant that had helped me faxed the relevant documents through and i was told to phone on tuesday to check if had been done. I phoned this morning being Wednesday and I was told that nothing had been done or recieved and there was nothing indicating that a change of ownership was even being processed on that number (011 362 1662). Now i'm in a position where i dont know what to do next...
