Not recieving statements

13 months ago i changed jobs and therefor have a new email address. i notified everyone who was emailing me my statements of the change and the only company who as yet not been able to process this information is vodacom. for the last 6 months it is a screaming session of transfered and dropped calls to get the statement sent to me and the email address corrected. today is the 5th of the month and again i have not received my statement
