In March I phoned Vodacom's call center (Contracts department) to change my debit order date from the 20th of the month to the 1st of every month. The reason for me changing the debit order date is that I was changing jobs so my salary date was gonna change as well. And on the 1st there is always money in my bank account. To my surprise today I received an email from Vodacom's collection that my account is in arrears with an amount of R6597.58. I wanna get an explanation as to who did it get to that amount cause I'm looking at my bank statement now and there was no debit from Vodacom and there was sufficient funds available - I am not gonna pay that amount cause I wasn't my fault. Ever since I started with Vodacom I've never received a good service at all.
