Call centre agents are repeatedly calling me about taking out promotions with them. Vodacom is going way out of line!!! I have said no to several people from Vodacom stating I'm unemployed and not interested in any deals. And guess what? They keep calling again n again n different people. This is ridiculous! To be hounding unemployed people this way! Yesterday I received a call. Today another 1 from kim. Such bad attitude and then to question me about who called me and what they offered. Vodacom needs to get their act together. Surely there's some law about what their doing! After I turned kim down n told her very kindly "thank you very much kim, but I'm not interested" she signs me up for something on elite mobile! If vodacom doesntt sort this out and their staff with attitude doesn't stop calling me, then I'm going to have to complain to the ombudsman and take this further.
