Please sort out your mess

My husband got a call in December 2012 from Vodacom call centre sales department telling him about a Wifi router, he told them he was not interested but the lady was so persistent up to the point where she told him that he can take the product and use it and he can return it within 14days if he is still not interested and she told him that since the device is a top up there won't be any charges, he then agreed to it, before the 14 days was up he got an SMS saying he owes Vodacom R2000, like seriously, how desperate for business are these people that they have to trick customers into doing business with them.my husband then called them to enquire and they told him that thing is not even on top up that's why it got to R2000, he told them to sort it out and cancel the whole thing, and then they promised to get back to him, they kept on calling n when he explained to the collections people they promised to get back to him, that was in Feb n he is still waiting, later when we applied for a home loan we were told that he was blacklisted by Vodacom, these people are causing us mo problems than they are worth, so please sort out this mess before we go to the looney bin!!!
