I have had it with you guys, for almost 3 months I am unable to use my phone. Now you tell my my blackberry is out of warranty.
Well if the contract is 24 months and then the warranty is also valid for 24 months.
My samsung issue with you incorrect advertising to start off with is still not resolved thanks to Sheldon West. Now you tell me that phone cannot be unblocked or whatever the more i tell you that only the vodacom logo appears on the phone.
I have to travel to the mall every alternative day to get this sorted out, well now you threaten me that you have nothing to do with vodacom/the warranty offered by them. Let me see what they have to say about what you guys think of the warranty they provide.
