After the numerous calls from agents about a promotions. Received a call from vodacom stating it would stop. 7 days later. Still receinving those fone calls what doesn't Vodacom understand? Simple english! Why call and send a response on hello peter when clearly things haven't been sorted out yet. They even claim I'm a valued customer for 8 years! N they monitor my airtyms usage n calls! Clearly the can't seem to resolve minor issues. If anybody knws where I can complain about vodacom or maybe there's a law against consumer harassment n who can I take this further with.. kindly email me. [email protected]. And yes an unemployed student is baing harrased! Ridiculous
