Vodacom billing against content services

Hi,

I have been a happy customer for many years now, hardly any issues with Vodacom, until I migrated my contract to their new smart package. On Monday I sent in a support ticket with a simple request of data usage on my account (on the 2nd of Oct, it was already 50% used), I still have no response. In this support ticket, I also requested that Vodacom gives me a written report as to why I am being billed R200 for 'Content Services'. Vodacom themselves called me to enquire about these 'Content Services', now, how is it possible for Vodacom to bill me for a service THEY DO NOT OFFER??? Where does that money go? I tried to check that status of my support ticket, but I am not able to access my Vodacom account at [URL Removed] I attempt to login and I am told that there is no account registered to my mobile number? Did they delete my profile? I would reeeeally love any for of response from Vodacom.

I am too afraid to call in because I have been down that road with Vodacom before.. I know for a fact that, I, will end up paying to get this sorted. I am currently with holding this months instalment until I receive the service I was told I would receive.
