I was experiencing problems on my cell. Sazubair was very helpful and went the extra mile. He called me back, made sure that the services were restored. Every network has issues, and it frustrates clients, but when the agent is helpful and eager to resolve the problem it restores the faith in the client, and I felt a sense that I was not just a number but I am a client who needed service.
