Wrong info when upgrading

In August I did an upgrade through Cell c Online. A guy (who unfortunately I cannot recall his name assisted me). At that time I was using a BB and I was upgrading to a Galaxy S3.At that time it was already announced that on the 19th August cell c was changing the BIS in to a 2G data. I specifically asked the consultant if I was going to be able to use that 2G data on my (S3) when I upgrade and he sid YES.since the S3 is using a micro sim whereas the BB was using a normal sim, the phone was delivered with a micro sim and a sim swap was done from my old BB sim into the new S3 sim card.as a result my BB was no longer in use. I was using S3 and as i was busy on the internet the phone just stopped working and I thought there was something wrong with the phone and I took it to Cellc Hatfield. I was told that I cant access internet because my airtime was R0 which means all along i was using my airtime to access internet. My 2G data was still there. I told them that a consultant told me that i will still b able to use my 2G data on my S3, Then they told me that I was advised incorrectly. I called Cell c and nothing has been done, I want my airtime refund cos i was give wrong info by cellc employe
