I wasn't contacted as they replied to my complaint on hellopeter. Sipho called me Friday he was helpful and sincere but my matter is still not resolved.waiting for the handset from them i really hope you read my report because if i don't receive my new handset by tomorow afternoon 12 o clock you can cancel my contract and don't expect me to pay cancellation fees and don't expect me to pay you this month for a fone did'nt even use properly.you guys are disgusting and incompetent by the service you give.you were quick to deliver the phone now you take your time to sort out your mess.if i knew this is how you do service i wouldn't have taken out a contract with you i said i'm fed up today i'm way past it.i want urgent result so pull up your socks or sit back and watch clients cancel their contracts or change there networks.
