After waiting for more than seven days to get my upgrade cellphone delivered i decided to call 140 only to find out the upgrade wasn't processed. :-( anyway that person did Errthing all over again and in 24 h i received my z10. anyway.
Friday 10th May I call 140 to do a sim swap from my old sim to a new micro sim so that i can use this new phone. NOTHING! NOTHING NOTHING... No one has called me to do this sim swap. I have called 140, 4 times Already. and everytime they tell me they have sent an email to Willie. he will call me back. NOTHING. I am Still waiting Shame.
I think Willie has gone to initiation Skul.
Can sumone HElp me already, its just a sim swap.
