That would be great you might also want to let them know when you do the application and they say only bring your ID, after also standing in a queue, then come back do the application, after standing in a queue. Then are told to come back to the store to provide RICA documents, also standing in a queue. You are told "its ok you don't need to RICA". When the SIM swap goes through, the MTN call center says that the phone is blocked as its not RICA'd, please go to the nearest store to RICA, bearing in mind I have moved my cellphone there, my partners as well, and will probably spend over 24K over the next 2 years by you, chances are will not be with your company again after the contract expires
