This is not the first time I struggle with Neotel. At first I thought 'why not give them a chance' and I convinced my future parents in law to go with them. I seriously regret this!!!
It is friday night, our internet is off and only now we hear that the contract RICA papers are needed and guess what? The office that handles the RICA paperwork only opens on monday. I have spoken to them and am still holding on for 20min already after they said they will call me back. Just hanged up, I am tired of their BS! We installed this months ago and have been using it without RICA. It is unlawfull to use such a system without RICA as we have been doing for the last couple of months. But it does not help that we only hear about RICA paperwork months later. This system should have been RICAd from the start, we never new and was never told that we should RICA the system!
I am posting this on behalf of my future parents in law and they want out of this contract!!!
