Embarrassment by consultants

After being pushed from pillar to post on the activation of my iPad Air, I received nothing but the most humiliating and disgusting service from the above store. First of all when i walked into the store no one told me where to go, after standing in the queue for 10mins i was told to go stand in the tech zone queue. A nice gentleman called Brian Laka helped me, even though i was upset he kept his cool and remained calm. His colleague Joss on the other hand felt the need to remind me of who he was. After being advised to rica, Joss spoke to Brian in Sotho saying that it was not his problem nd that i must go rica. I asked him in english why he said this and he said he is not employed by Vodacom, I should call his manager who will tell me the same thing and that he will say anything he wants to say to me. In my heavily pregnant state, I was brought to tears by Joss and made to feel small and very pathetic. Is this what Vodacom stands for? I then moved to another counter, only to be left alone with egg on my face by James. Wow guys. Thank u Vodacom. I shall never set my foot in there again. Consultants even laughed at me.wow.
