Xperia Z Cracked Screen

I bought my Xperia Z in July and had my device for 3 weeks when my screen cracked spontaneously whilst on charge. The device was not dropped in any way since purchase. The cracked appeared to be under the screen until users realised that was because of the anti-shatter film which has been removed after the damage. I am being forced to be liable for the damage when this is a recurring problem.
