Brand new Lenovo Laptop LCD screen 'cracked' overnight and there is no physical damage to the unit. This is a manufacturing fault. Logged call with Lenovo 2 months ago (overseas call centre) and they say the unit will be repaired under warranty. Take unit to PartServe (official repairer) and they say NO they will not repair the unit under warranty as there is physical damage to the screen. There is NO physical damage to the unit or the screen and you can see this! Warranty expires this week and PartServe refuse to help even though Lenovo say it needs to be repaired under waramty. Customer Service is disgusting!
