Tablet was handed on the 28/11/13 in for repairs - booking card said tablet not charging and Tablet not starting.
Friday the 6/12/2013 get an SMS LCD screen damaged? call the call centre - repairs told to email back and state objection.
Today's email - Thank you for affording us the opportunity to resolve your handset repair complaint and please accept our sincere apologies regarding the manner in which we handled your handset repair query.
and the fact that the thorough checking was not done at the store level, however I also wish to confirm that your device is quoted for physical damage as there is a crack on the screen
We have further attached a picture as proof to show you where exactly the damage is on the device
Kindly refer to the red circle on the pic that is where the line is and the reason for the quote

Amazing how it is all damage to LCD screen client dropped it now screen is cracked.
however when I handed it off there was no damage to the tablet, if there was damage surly the consultant who checked it in would have seen it? and marked the booking form as tablet damaged?
Surprise call Cell C and you get told call back tomorrow
