I booked my daughter's BlackBerry with a cracked screen in for repairs at Vodacare service centre Centurion. They fixed it at a cost of R1185.00, which I paid seeing that it was our fault that the phone was broken - From when we got the phone back, she has been having problems with the screen - A week and a half later, I took the phone back to get it fixed, just to get a reply a day later that the problem was caused by water damage - if there is any water damage, it happened in Vodacom's workshop - I can't believe Vodacom is still using the water damage excuse to get away from their responsibilities.
