I am quite frustrated at this stage. Once again my phone had gone in for repairs. Since the disgusting service I received at old fort road Durban branch, I waited for the 3 months to pass and took my phone in to the Gateway repair centre. After a week, I picked up my phone. This passed Saturday my phone switched off AGAIN giving me a software upgrade error. I once again tried to repair it myself with desktop software. The phone worked for a day and yesterday switched off again giving me a JVM error.
I am highly annoyed at the fact that after sending the phone in on numerous occasions, I still have to repair it on my own. What "repairs" are done when the phone is booked in?
I would like this matter escalated. My job requires me to have a reliable phone and since yesterday I am without one. It is causing huge loss of business for me. If there is any applications that I'm not supposed to have on the Blackberry that may be causing the issue, then someone should tell me.
The Vodacom level of service has dropped tremendously or maybe they are gone too "big" to even care anymore- 0319401918
