I have always been a loyal customer of vodacom for the past 15 years! my entire family are loyal vodacom supporters! the last upgrade I had was a total disaster. It went into vodacare twice and I was returned a new phone (or so I thought). This is the third time my phone has broken I sent it back into vodacare only to be told that it is not a vodacom phone and they refuse to fix it! this is outrageous!!! I have no idea where I am expected to have received another phone if not from vodacare and vodacom itself! I can not believe that my phone will not be fixed now and this has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I feel like moving to MTN or cell C after 15 years of loyal service- if this is not rectified!!!
