SOFT LOCKED CONUNDRUM

I moved from top up to (my first) corporate contract. Nashua failed to tell me that you cannot load data bundles onto a corporate contract (which is strange, because the payment went through and when I dialled *141#, it advised my data limit was 2GB). Next morning I'm soft locked and they tell me that my bill is at over R3500... The store managers response to me was that the data was not used for work purposes as I'd explained to him and all of the data used was in one session (so what?).. I'd hurt my back and as such was at home, but my ADSL line was down, thus the need for data. I only needed a couple of MB's for work stuff and the rest I wanted to use to keep myself entertained as I don't have television (hence my ADSL line/internet). Anyways, what a cheek to even try go down that road... Now he tells me that he' spoken to a consultant who apparently discussed this with me when I called the support line and will pull up the recording. I'd like to hear this discussion because I know I have not has a related query on my account since signing up (because I have not had this problem before!!), so it could only possibly be another cellphone no on our account... Not happy.
