Account i never opened with virgin mobile

An agent from virgin mobile called me to ask if i do not want to open a cell phone account. i did not allow her to do so. to my surprise i found out that my name was placed on itc for default payment. i enquire with the company which did an investigation and i was found not guilty of non-payment. unfortunately they are failing to close an account as i constantly receive sms for demand of payment from a debt collector Shapiro Schaick, Dupreez & Associates. it is the second time i tried to prove to them that i do not owe Virgin Mobile. The told me today that they are failing to link with Virgin Mobile, their client to verify the information if it is correct. presently my name is unfairly listed on Itc. In 2010 i received a letter of apology from the Virgin Mobile credit department manager, but they have not until today linked with their debt collectors to close the account. Since 2010 all i get is a promise that my problem will b solved, but they still list my name with itc.
