Autopage couldnt give a dam

I decide to up grade my phone... eveyone tells me to move from Autopage, but no, I have been a loyal client since 1999. Well the joke is on me! They quick to get you to upgrade, heck they quick to get you a new phone, but not so quick on getting it working! In fact you can sit in front of them and they to your face that they have activated your sim swap. That was friday...

Today is monday and after 4 calls and one person (GEORGE) putting the phone down in my ear! I get through to a nice gentleman who then informs me that they have never activated the sim swap even after I was promised this is morning.

So now I sit with 2 phone and never one of them are working! So should i have an accident and cant phone my insurance company or tow company or heck ambulance... I'll leave a note for Autopage. When I am attacked at home and cant call the police... please remember to thank autopage!

I have never been to so many times in one day! And have never meet a company that will never ever put you through to a manager ever!
