I have upgraded on line and 2 days later Vodacom delivered, the problem is that after receiving this phone i have been having endless problems with the network, the 1st time i called i was told that i needed to do sim swap to which i had no problem doing, i was assisted that was it, done on Saturday.
Sunday Morning i woke up to smses sent by Vodacom around 03:00 a.m about R50.00 call limit that i have reached and that my phone was disconnected, R50.00 x 31 days = R1550 on a 399.00 pm contract, i then called Vodacom later on and i was told that there is a technical problem and my query will be looked at. Monday morning im still without Network and there is no ETA, ref: T-3223-3TT6N
I believe there is a 7days cooling off period, my cancellation reference number: S3-T332X-XML4Y
