I've been having problems with my phone not connected. Other people are able to send me messages but mine are returned. Yesterday I called Vodacom 111, spoke to guy, the connections were restored for two (2) hours there was again disconnected. Today at about 10:15 AM I called Vodacom again to report the matter, was told that BIS has a problem within my radius (Durban), they are working to fix the problem but still nothing has been fixed. It is sad because we are paying for this internet, I would have understood if it is for free, I can not complain for a free service. They keep on sending SMSes that "query is in hand with engineer's". How long the engineers will take to fix the problem? A day, a week or a month?

Why we are being treated like this while the cell phone network competition is tough? Changing the network was not an option but now it seems as if I should.
