Extreamly poor custom service

im writing to tell people about the poor service i have received from vodacom custom care call centre and the vodacom shop on the bluff (bluff towers). on friday 29/03/2013 at about 11:00 in the morning i went in to the vodacom store to port to the vodacom network. in store they helped me to port over everything was done very quickly, i was told by 20:00 or by mid night that evening i would by disconnected from my old network and ported over to the vodacom network. saturday morning i was still connected to my old network, so i gave vodacom custom care a call to find out why have i not been ported over to the network as i was told in store that it would be done by midnight of 29/03/2013. i was done told it would take up to 24 hours before i would be ported over to the vodacom network. that evening when i was at home at around about 20:30 i was disconnected from my old network, so i placed my new vodacom sim card in my phone and did everything i was told to do when i first went to the store. i have called the call centre numerous of times and have called the store direct to get help as i need my phone and all the people at vodacom cant help.01/04/2013 and still no help!!
