WHAT NOW?

PLEASE ASSIST, I AM DUE FOR AN UPGRADE ON ACC NR: 108515404. I WENT INTO CELL C AT MALL@REDS AND WAS INFORMED BY DERRICK THAT I CANNOT UPGRADE BECAUSE I WAS HANDED OVER FOR AN AMOUNT OF 209.77 ON ACC NR: 102751694.
I HAD ISSUES WITH CELL C LAST YEAR BECAUSE OF NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND GOING INTO THE STORE TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS, THAT WAS NEVER CHANGED AS REQUESTED.
I LOGGED HALLO PETER AND CELL C COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS.
ACC NR: 108515404 AND 113574071 WAS CHANGED BY WHO-EVER OF THE MANY PEOPLE I SPOKE TO. BUT NOT 102751694.
THIS IS A CELL C ERROR AND I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THIS AMOUNT.
I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT MY 12 MONTHS CONTRACT WAS FINISHED THUS MY NR WAS NOT WORKING ANYMORE.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THAT WHO-EVER IS IN CHARGE OF CELL C'S ACCOUNTS CANNOT LOOK IN THE HISTORY OF A CUSTOMERS REQUESTS ETC TO HAVE NOTICED THIS REQUESTS.
PLEASE DO SO AND SORT THIS OUT ASAP.
I AM NOT A VERY HAPPY CELL C CUSTOMER AT THIS MOMENT.
