New Samsung S4 freezing took it 5 times since new contract started in June 2013. Now suddenly the phones warrantly has expired due to a scratch on housing, how pathetic, can a scratch on housing possibly cause the software to be problamatic? when i have been booking it in previously with the very same scratch why did the warranty not expire? i was requested to pay in R440 for the warrantly to be re instated, when i refused i was requested to fill in an insurance claim form. No one got back to me, i called them this morning whereby they informed me that they waiting for a part that is out of stock which is the housing and am liable to pay R150. Vodacom is the worst provider to deal with if and when one experiences problems they look for every technicality to shy away from the problem. I am paying a lot of money for a handset that is problamatic and no one is prepared to assist
